I went on playing and played for a solid 3 hours after that. I reply something along the lines of 'oh like that movie 21? I wish' he then gave me the biggest cut the shit look as he peered over his glasses I've ever received. However this time I took a little break after playing for an hour, when I bought back in the pit boss was like 'Hey anon you up today?' I replied 'yeah just a couple hundred nothing crazy' I was sitting in the last position on the table so I was right next to him and he then says 'yeah it's a lot easier when you're card counting' and winks at me. I had suspected they knew I was a counter, I've been eyed hard by the pit before on some big wins.
Very nice staff amazing buffet and they give comps really easily (yes I was playing rated, I'm new to counting and getting good rooms and buffets is half the reason I enjoy counting) I usually play double deck would spread from 10$ to 100 and even 150 sometimes split between two hands.
I was counting at Barona in Socal, love this casino btw great 10$ min double deck only place I've found in so cal with minimums that low.
Long time lurker thought I'd post to get some different perspectives on this situation that happened a few days ago.
